Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Electrical Muscle Stimulation, or EMS, is the most common ancillary therapy in chiropractic offices.  Its purpose is dependent on the type of stimulation used, but it can be used to reduce inflammation, stimulate healing, relax muscles, and reduce pain.  It is a very safe and effective therapy that many patients enjoy.
