Exercise

We all know how important exercise is to maintaining a healthy figure and a healthy heart, but how important is it to the way you feel?  Well, even a person with a healthy weight can experience pain if the body's tissues aren't properly conditioned.  That's why Dr. Groves works so hard to make sure your body is able to handle certain types of physical activities.  If your pain appears to be caused by deconditioning, you will be given exercises that you can do to help rehabilitate your body.  Some exercises may be done in the clinic and others may be done at home.  These are very important.
